Our blogs are located at:

And photos are below.  Some are devastation from hurricane Katrina, some are the activities since then. Either way, it's to let you know the Fund is busy thanks to your donations.

NOMRF at Jazzfest 2007
This year's Jazz and Heritage Festival and Gambit Big Easy Awards were a chance to see old friends, host open houses to catch up with the music community, and remember what it means to miss New Orleans.
Krewe of Oak 2006 - "Gimme Shelter"
Krewe of Oak just rolled, and summer almost feels normal now. NOMRF founders are back in New Orleans getting ready for the Anti-Versary Monday and Tuesday. Our Krewe went as Sliver by the River Med Givers with rolling libations. Cheers.
NOMRF At Mardi Gras 2007
We just returned from three weeks that included a tornado blocks away, passing along donated instruments, giving out grants and just being home. Thanks for coming along for the ride.
Joe Topping's Walk
Check out the Liverpool musician's arrival in New Orleans, and his welcome by the New Wave Brass Band, Voodoo Vixens and friends of New Orleans music.
Dr. John Benefit for Wardell
Adam George took most of these - look for the photo of Wardell dancing to his song "It Ain't My Fault" after receiving Dr. John's copy of his Grammy Certificate from "Dis Dat and D'Other".
2006 Jazz and Heritage Festival
NOMRF was busy at this year's fest, distributing grants, receiving contributions and catching up with our musical family.
NOMRF at South by Southwest
This Year's Mardi Gras
This year was amazing, from New Orleans residents returning for Mardi Gras to brilliant and creative costumes and music.
